Welcome to TMEPOA. Our membership is comprised of any individual who owns property at Thunder Mountain Estates. There are 98 lots and 83 owners. Our Board meets quarterly with an Annual meeting held every June. We welcome your input and participation in the affairs of the association. We are dedicated to making living at Thunder Mountain Estates a dream come true for the owners. Please note: the TMEPOA fiscal year starts in June and ends in May. Dues are collected in the final quarter of the fiscal year.
