 Please provide the Project Review Form 7 days prior to commencement of work if your project meets covenant requirements and 14 days for a project requiring a variance.

The purpose of the Architectural Committee is to protect all of our property values.

Santa Fe County requires a building permit on buildings over 120 square feet.

That regardless of the building size our Covenants require approval of the plans.

That if you want to add or move a fence approval is required.
